The biggest stressor that new homeowners face is finally getting “settled in.” There’s so much to unpack, so many decorations to buy, and so much furniture to get, sometimes the entire process is just too overwhelming.
If you’ve recently moved into a new house and need help making it look like a home, give Staging Spaces and Design a call. Our interior decorating services are second to none, and our ability to understand the look of your dreams and build it around your family’s lifestyle is practically magic!
Take a look at our recent project in Worcester. A young family had recently purchased the house, and wanted to work on decorating the main gathering areas first. With three young children running around, it was nearly impossible to find time to make their house feel like a home.
From the moment the parents first contacted Staging Spaces and Design, they knew their home was in good hands. We set up a consultation at a time that worked best for the busy parents, and got to work discussing fabrics, layouts, budget, and a time frame.
We used all of this information to compile a Project Board, with samples of the fabrics and digital sketches of each room. We also reviewed the timeline that the installation days would follow, so that the family could plan their schedules accordingly.
Since this interior decorating project would also include painting and wallpaper, it was important that everyone involved understood their role in the job and when to arrive at the house. Staging Spaces and Design coordinates with everyone – painters, furniture deliverymen, decorators, etc. – so that you don’t have to!
On Installation Day, everything came to life! Once the walls were painted and the wallpaper was dry, we started bringing in the furniture and hanging decorations. Accessories were thrown in to add a finishing touch to each room, and the project was complete.
Our clients couldn’t have been more thrilled to settle in to their new home. Each room looked as great as the last, and it won’t be long before this house is filled with guests marveling at the incredible décor. We were honored to be asked to take this job!
